Great boutique hotel with excellent location near shops, museums, and Madrid's historic center. Personalized attention from friendly and competent staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and hot options. Comfy bed and fantastic shower.

The hotel is located in a very quiet yet upscale neighborhood, just outside of the city center. It is close to everything in Madrid and in a busy area like Salamanca. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with high-tech amenities. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great service. The hotel also offers a complimentary residents lounge and a soon-to-be-opened roof terrace bar.

One negative aspect mentioned in a review is that some rooms on the ground floor may be slightly disturbed by noise.

The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and all the necessary facilities were provided. The hotel's location in a very nice neighborhood allowed for easy access to various attractions and amenities. The staff were helpful and were great too ensure my stay was perfect. The breakfast served at the hotel was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of choices available.

Great room with large balcony/terrace. Conveniently accessible by public transport. Calm street and good soundproofing for a good night's sleep. Excellent staff. Modern room facilities, including USB charging and free WiFi. Upscale location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Magnificent rooms with views and super clean. Live music and amazing drinks at the terrace restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the business district. The location was perfect for my business needs, and I found the service to be top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and even bicycle hire available. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job making sure my room was spotless every day, and I appreciated the laundry service. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a welcome drink upon check-in, and I found the tours/ticket assistance to be incredibly helpful during my stay. The room itself had all the amenities I needed, including a sitting area, in-room safe, and soundproofed walls, so I slept soundly each night.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Dirty floor and confusing facilities: I was disappointed to find that the floor in my room was not clean. the facilities, although high tech, were difficult to use and understand.
